In a few hours tonight (Easter Sunday) the new Scottish Hate Crime Law comes in. It potentially criminalises anyone, anywhere on the planet. I have been proud of my association with Wings Over Scotland, and sorry that he's felt he has to close the site, pending legal advice. Here's one I had on the site, for the local government elections in 2021.
