Holocaust Memorial Day event , Bristol, 2018

For HMD this year I organised a week long exhibition at my workplace. This picture was used to advertise it. The photos show: Dr David Tollerton, (left) Lecturer in Jewish Studies at Exeter University, and Jack Davies of PCS Union, delivering a talk about the Holocaust as part of the event.
The exhibition took the form of an imitation fence and barbed wire, through which people looked at the display. The photos shows 2 sections of the display: about the White Rose Group, the brave students of Munich University who produced underground resistance leaflets for two years, until they were were betrayed and killed. And another section,about Hannah Arendt, and comparing the genocide in Rwanda.
